- Target Categories: Eligible candidates include SC/ST individuals and/or Women entrepreneurs.
- Age Limit: The applicant must be above 18 years of age.
- Greenfield Requirement: Loans are exclusively offered for Greenfield projects. This means the venture must be the first-time entry of the entrepreneur into manufacturing, services, trading, or agri-allied sectors.
- Non-Individual Firms: In case of partnership or corporate firms, at least 51% of the shareholding and controlling stake must be held by an SC/ST or a Woman entrepreneur.
- Clean Track Record: The borrower should not be a defaulter to any commercial bank or financial institution

- SC/ST & Women KYC Verification :- Valid Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and a certified Category Certificate issued by competent government authorities (where applicable).
- Greenfield Business Registration Proof :- Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles of Association (MoA/AoA), or a valid registered Partnership Deed.
- Corporate Entity Operational Licenses :- Copy of GSTIN registration, Udyam Registration (MSME), and necessary municipal trade or environmental compliance licenses.
- Active Banking & Tax Records :- Updated corporate or personal bank account statements for the last 12 months, along with the latest filed Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Comprehensive Project Report (CPR) :- A detailed business project plan highlighting technical viability, infrastructure/machinery costs, and 2 years of projected financial estimates.
